Michael Fleming

Partner
Michael graduated from the Bendigo College of Advanced Education as a Bachelor of Business Studies in 1973. Michael worked in Melbourne with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell Chartered Accountants and then had several years experience with a merchant bank prior to relocating to Deniliquin in 1982 to be nearer his family home of Echuca.
Michael has extensive experience in providing business management advice, financing and budgeting. His clients are primarily in the rural sector and he has a particular interest in providing specialist taxation advice.
Michael has enjoyed a long association with the Deniliquin Rovers Football & Netball Club.
Graeme McKindlay

Graeme has in excess of 40 years’ experience providing financial, accounting, estate planning and taxation advice. Graeme attained a Bachelor of Financial Administration from The University of New England in April 1981. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Taxation Institute of Australia.
Graeme has a rural background with his family farming a property in Moama. He provides general business services to a wide range of small businesses including personal, commercial and rural clients.
Having had accreditation as a financial planning specialist for in excess of 20 years Graeme oversees the financial planning section.
Priscilla Jebatharshanan

Accountant
Priscilla came to Australia from Sri Lanka under the Skilled Migration Program in 2001 and commenced employment with Fleming Partners shortly thereafter. Priscilla is highly qualified, completing a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1994 and a Post Graduate Diploma of Business Management from University of Colombo in Sri Lanka in 2000. In Australia, Priscilla completed the Australian Society of Accountants post graduate CPA with a high distinction in the final module in 2009. Priscilla has extensive experience in researching and advising on complex taxation and accounting issues.
Richard Fowler

Richard started at Fleming Partners in February, 2013 as an undergraduate accountant. He attends Charles Sturt University and is working toward a Bachelor of Accounting. His main duties are to assist with Income Tax Returns, Taxation Planning, Financial Statements, and Business Activity Statements. Richard also assists Fleming Partnes as an IT liaison, assisting other staff with any an in-house IT or software issues, and he can assist clients with a variety of account keeping software including QuickBooks Online, and MYOB Essentials.
Sarah Johnson

Sarah joined Fleming Partners as an Undergraduate Accountant in February 2004 after completing all her schooling in Hay. She graduated from Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) in April 2010. Sarah commenced further studies in July 2018 to complete the Chartered Tax Adviser Program through the Tax Institute of Australia. Sarah's duties include financial report preparation, completion of income tax returns and Business Activity Statements.
Sarah also has experience in using computerised cashbooks including Quicken, MYOB and QuickBooks and provides technical assistance to clients where required
Seema Shah

Accountant
Seema commenced employment with Fleming Partners in January 2015. She has completed a Master of Business Administration degree from Madurai Kamaraj University, India, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Lucknow, India and a Certificate IV in Accounting from TAFE NSW. Seema is a certified Xero Advisor & Payroll Specialist and commenced the Chartered Tax Advisor Program in 2020.
Seema assists with the preparation of Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements and Business Activity Statements. She also has experience in using various accounting software like MYOB, Xero, Quickbooks, and Reckon and assists clients with bookkeeping and payroll when required.
Stefani Kristabela
B Com (Accounting) (Hons)
Accountant
Stefani commenced her degree at the University of Surabaya, Indonesia, and continued her studies at Australia’s Flinders University. After completing her business degree in 2013, she underwent a year of Honours, then returned to Indonesia to work as an accountant / bookkeeper for an import / export business.
Stefani returned to Australia in 2017 and commenced work at Fleming Partners as an accountant in September 2017. She assists with the preparation of Business Activity Statements, Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns.
Melissa Conallin
Melissa has been with Fleming Partners since its inception in 1991 with several periods of leave during her employment to concentrate on her family. She has filled many different administrative roles within our Firm. Melissa’s title as Practice Manager full fills a number of duties. This includes managing the day to day running of the Practice, reception relief, Corporate Secretarial Services and organisation of filing and records management. Melissa’s interests include travelling, walking and reading.
Sharon Kingston
Sharon came to Fleming Partners with eighteen years experience in the banking industry. Sharon specialises in the preparation of financial statements, regulatory returns and compliance matters for Self Managed Super Funds. Workers Compensation requirements also form part of Sharons duties.
Max McKinnon
B Com, Adv Dip (Accounting)
Max completed his Bachelor of Commerce at Flinders University in 2014 and has an Advanced Diploma of Accounting from TAFE SA. He specialises in the preparation of financial statements, regulatory returns and compliance matters for Self Managed Super Funds. Prior experience includes working in the finance and food manufacturing industries.
Glenda Roe
Glenda commenced employment with Fleming Partners in December, 1997. Glenda assists in the preparation of Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements for small business and specialises in corporate businesses.
Keerthana Indrajith Herath
Master of Accountancy, LLB & Attorney at Law
Keerthana came to Australia from Sri Lanka in 2017 to pursue a Master of Accountancy Degree from the University of Western Sydney having already completed her Bachelor of Law from the University of Jaffna in Sri Lanka in 2014. Keerthana joined the Bar Association of Sri Lanka in 2015. In Australia, Keerthana completed her Master of Accountancy in 2019 and joined Fleming Partners in early 2020 as an Accountant. Keerthana assists with the preparation of Business Activity Statements, Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns.
Keith Moon

Keith has more than 3 decades of public practice experience both in his own practice and working for others, which has enabled him to engage with clients to understand their specific needs and goals. Also, having had several years in Commerce has greatly assisted him in using that knowledge in building his relationship with his clients. Keith’s expertise is comprehensive, specialising in business structuring, taxation and business advice and planning, reviews and forecasts, cash flow management, and Board of Advice services.
Keith’s focus has been on optimizing a client’s profitability today, whilst working to plan and implement strategies for the business to reach its full potential. He thrives on providing innovative solutions to clients to ensure their ongoing growth and success.
Kylie Webber

Kylie commenced employment with Fleming Partners in July 2018 as part of the undergraduate accountant program. She graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Accounting (Human ResourceManagement) in April 2022. Originally a Deniliquin local, Kylie moved to Wagga Wagga after secondary school and spent several years managing a not-for-profit associated with the Department of Defence. Kylie now assists in the preparation of Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements and Business Activity Statements.
Jane Gough
Jane commenced employment with Fleming Partners in December, 2003 after twenty three years experience with a leading bank. Jane assists in the preparation of Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements and Business Activity Statements. Jane’s experience is valuable in consulting with clients regarding tax and business matters.
Sue McKenzie
Sue commenced employment with Fleming Partners in April, 2011 bringing over 30 years experience in the clerical and bookkeeping field. Sue assists in the preparation of Income Tax Returns and Financials Statements and Business Activity Statements for our Clients, together with reception relief, mail and banking duties. Sue is actively involved in a small farming enterprise and is able to apply her knowledge of the industry within her role at Fleming Partners.
Graeme McKindlay

Graeme is an Authorised Representative of Count and therefore authorised to provide the services listed under financial planning.
Graeme has twenty nine years of experience providing financial, accounting and taxation advice and fifteen years experience providing financial planning advice. Graeme attained a Bachelor of Financial Administration from The University of New England in April 1981. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with accreditation as a financial planning specialist and a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Leanne Mulham

Leanne has ten years of experience working in the financial / accounting industry. Prior to this Leanne gained an Applied Science degree and commenced her career as a microbiologist, moving into production management roles in the food industry. Leannes analytical and research skills have been particularly valued in providing complex financial advice.
Leanne attained a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) from Kaplan Professional in October 2009.
Leanne is a member of the Self- Managed Super Fund Professionals Association of Australia SPAA and in July 2011 achieved SPAA SMSF Specialist Advisor™(SSA™) accreditation. Being a SPAA Specialist is an ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence in the SMSF sector.
Sue Mulligan
Sue joined Fleming Partners in February 2015 as a Financial Planning Assistant.
The first 13 years of her working life were spent in in various fields of agriculture including research, management, lecturing and facilitating workshops on farm business planning with families in the Deniliquin region. Following this she worked another 13 years with a local Financial and Business Planning firm, assisting in the areas of insurance, investment and succession planning.
Sue assists with financial planning supporting our authorised representatives in carrying out client activities. She has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science and a Masters of Applied Science.
Staci Richardson

Staci Richardson joined the Fleming Partners team in October 2020 as an undergraduate accountant. He attends Clarke university and will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business administration. He assists in the preparation of Financial Statements, Business Activity Statements and Income tax returns for business and individuals. He has recently returned to Australia from playing college basketball in America for both Umpqua Community College in Oregon and Clarke University in Iowa. He also plays Rugby Union for the Deniliquin Drovers.
Anthony Jayawardena

Anthony joined Fleming Partners as a Graduate Accountant in February 2021. He came to Australia in 2014 from Sri Lanka. Anthony completed his Diploma of Business Enterprise from the Victoria University, Melbourne & graduated from Stotts’ College, Melbourne with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting).
He is an Associate Member of CPA Australia.
Anthony assists in the preparation of Financial Statements, Business Activity Statements & Income tax returns for business & individuals.
Apart from work, he plays cricket for Deniliquin Rhinos & he is a keen member of Deniliquin Lawn Tennis Club and regularly plays in local competition.
Meghana Shanbag

Meghana came to Australia from India in 2017 to pursue her Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at RMIT University. Back in India Meghana completed Year 12 majoring in commerce from the University of Mumbai. During her study at RMIT, Meghana worked as a part-time Accounts Intern in Melbourne assisting with data entry and bookkeeping tasks. Meghana enjoys playing badminton at Deniliquin Badminton Club and is keen to pursue lawn tennis and water skiing.
Meghana joined Fleming Partners in January 2021 and assists in the preparation of Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements together with Business Activity Statements for businesses and individuals.
Dinesha Ekanayake

Dinesha commenced her Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Rajarata University of Sri Lanka and migrated to Australia in 2018. Having completed her Masters of Professional Accounting from Central Queensland University Melbourne, she has gathered experience working as an Accounts Officer in the commercial sector before starting with Fleming Partners in September as a Graduate Accountant.
Dinesha assists with preparation of Financial Statements, Income Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements.
Georgina Perrignon

Georgie joined Fleming Partners as a Graduate Accountant in September 2021. She graduated from Monash University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance). Georgie assists with the preparation of Financial Statements, Income Tax Returns and Business activity statements. Georgie’s interests include watching the football – Melbourne Demons, camping with friends and family. Running, playing sport, travelling and boardgames.
Michelle Webber

Michelle started with Fleming Partners in August 2021 with a background in hospitality focusing on functions and events management. Michelle enjoys gardening, reading and music.
Michelle’s duties include reception and administration, also collation of client packages, electronic lodgement of documents with the Australian Taxation Office, organisation of filing and records management, mail and banking duties.
Thilan Silva
Master of Accountancy, MSC (Finance)
Thilan Joined the Fleming’s family in November 2021 as an Accountant and currently assists with the preparation of Business Activity Statements, Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns.
Thilan migrated to Australia in 2019 to pursue a Master of Professional Accounting Degree from Latrobe University Sydney having completed his other studies in Banking, Risk Management and Finance back in Sri Lanka. Before joining Fleming Partners, his experience was in retail and Corporate Banking sector in Sri Lanka.
Nine Mok
Batchelor of Accounting
Nine obtained a Diploma of Business (Commerce) in 2004 from Monash College and followed up with a Bachelor of Accounting in 2009 and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management in 2010 from Central Queensland University. He gained experience working as a Finance Officer in the IT industry. Nine commenced his role as a Graduate Accountant at Fleming Partners in July 2022 and assists in preparation of Business Activity Statements, Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns. In addition to other community involvements, he is a member of the Deniliquin Community Garden and enjoys gardening with his wife and their four year old daughter and other members”.
Ishara Kulasuriya

Ishara joined Fleming Partners as a Graduate Accountant in December 2022. He obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Management in 2012 from National Institute in Business Management Sri Lanka and migrated to Australia in 2013. He completed a Diploma in Commerce at Deakin university in 2015 and graduated from Holmes Institute Melbourne in 2018 with a Bachelor of Professional Accounting. Ishara assists with the preparation of Financial Statements, Income Tax Returns and Business activity statements. Ishara is a pilot and a member of Recreation Aviation Australia and enjoys flying in his leisure time.
